Ruth Kulabako LLB(Hons).Dip.LP-LDC, LLM

Advanced Mediator and Trainer

Ruth is a member of AMSU and an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda. She pursued a Master of Laws at the University of South Wales, Bachelor of Laws at Uganda Christian University Mukono, Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Law Development Centre Kampala. She has over 8 years’ experience in legal practice but mostly in legal aid practice and working with poor, vulnerable and marginalized communities all over Uganda. She is a member of Uganda Law Society and East African Law society. She is also a Court accredited mediator with a wealth of experience in mediations and she is also a commissioner for oaths in Uganda.

 

Ruth is also an educator at the Faculty of Law at Uganda Christian University Mukono where she teaches constitutional law, land transactions, criminal liability, legal methods and family law. She previously worked as a Manager at Justice Centres Uganda – a government project hosted by the Judiciary to provide free legal services to vulnerable communities in Uganda.

 

Ruth currently the Managing Partner with Kulabako Birungi Makubuya & Co Advocates- Kampala (Uganda).
