Nankya Lillian LLB(Hons) Dip.LP-LDC

Lillian is one of our Advanced Mediators, Arbitration Practitioners and trainers. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University – Uganda and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center (Uganda). She is an Advocate of the High Court and other subordinate Courts of Uganda. She is also a Commissioner for Oaths, a Notary Public, and a Certified Mediator. Lillian trained in Advanced Mediation Practice and acquired a Certificate in Advanced Mediation Practice Training for Mediators awarded by the Arbitration & Mediation Society of Uganda (AMSU) and Makerere University Business School (MUBS); a Certificate of Merit in the Mediation Training Organized by the Judiciary of Uganda and a Certificate in Mediation by the Mediation Training Institute (I) East Africa. 

Lillian is also a Senior Associate working with Kiwuuwa & Co. Advocates dealing with various civil litigation matters. Although Lillian has a passion for litigation, she directs her energy to pursue Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms as these serve a wide range of clients including indigent persons.

Lillian is a member of the Uganda Law Society (ULS), East African Law Society (EALS), Uganda Female Lawyers Association (FIDA U), Arbitration and Mediation Society of Uganda (AMSU), a member of MACOS 2001 Lighthouse Sacco and a member of MAKLAW 2008 Capital Sacco.

Lillian is happily married to Mr. Kamoga Julius Morris, and they have three children.
