Dr. Pr. Raymond Joseph Kasibante

Dr. Pr. Kasibante is a member of the Arbitration and Mediation Society of Uganda (AMSU) and a professional Mediator.  He is also the Lead Pastor at Bethlehem God’s Power Church Bunga, Ggaba Road – Kampala Uganda. 

Dr. Pr. Kasibante holds a Doctorate Degree (Honours) in Ministry from Shalom Leadership and Bible Institute Cape Town, South Africa in conjunction with; A-International Christian Ministerial University and Clergy Council Florida USA, a Master of Art Degree in Conflict Resolution and Management and also  a Degree of Arts in Theology.  In addition to this, he has done various studies in leadership, ministerial and evangelism work, and administration in bible studies at Michael Amamieye School of Evangelism; Revelation Chapel Bible Training Centre (REBTEC) Liberia; and at Shalom Leadership and Bible Institute Cape Town, South Africa where he is an  Ambassador. 

Dr. Pr. Kasibante is very enthusiastic and keen about the development of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice in Uganda.  He serves on AMSU’s Media Team whose main objective is to create awareness of the benefits of ADR to the population. He has appeared on television and radio talk shows passionately discussing why it is best for people to engage in mediation rather than litigation when disputes arise.

Dr. Pr. Kasibante is also a Christian Counsellor and a farmer
